AWANA stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed. The mission of AWANA is to help “churches and parents worldwide raise children and youth to know, love and serve Jesus Christ “. AWANA is ran by Directors: Tim & Sandy Austin. Tim & Sandy are the new directors for 2010. They have been involved in the AWANA Ministry at Faith Baptist since it's inception. Their knowledge, experience & willingness to allow God to direct has given them the opportunity to watch this ministry grow tremendously over the years. AWANA meets every Sunday night during the school year. AWANA runs simultaneously as the evening service. AWANA starts at 6:00pm and ends at 7:30pm.
Tim & Sandy lead many outreach projects throughout the year such as Valentines for the soliders during the month of January.
